DOES THE VENUE PROVIDE AN IN-HOUSE COORDINATOR? WILL THEY BE PRESENT THE DAY OF?
RiverCrest does not provide an in-house coordinator. We will guarantee the set up of the venue based on the number of guests, but we will not be on-hand the day of your event.
ARE LINENS, TABLES AND CHAIRS PROVIDED AS PART OF THE PACKAGE?
Linens, chairs and tables are included in the purchase package, however we only supply the linens in navy or black. If you would like white linens, that is an additional cost.
WILL THE CEREMONY TAKE PLACE IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE RECEPTION? IF SO, WHAT IS THE TURNOVER PLAN FOR CONVERTING THE RECEPTION SPACE?
Our chapel and event space are separate rooms across the foyer from one another, so there is no need to worry about turnover costs or time!
IS THERE A PAYMENT SCHEDULE? WHAT KIND OF DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?
Payment plans will vary based off the package purchased. Final payment will be due within two weeks before the event. We do require a refundable $100 damage fee at the time of purchase.
HOW EARLY WILL YOU HAVE ACCESS TO THE SITE FOR DECORATING PRIOR TO THE WEDDING?
Each package comes with a time limit on the venue (Ie: 5 hour or 3 hours) if additional time is needed on top of that for decorating or additional party time, we will charge per hour.
